What to expect from an energy session...

Please Lay down or get comfortable in a quiet space to take in the healing. I recommend no driving at this time. You may feel relaxed with a warmth and ease in your body or you may feel nothing at allwhile the energy comes through to clense and heal. Please know the the energy is flowing and working in the way it needs to. You may feel like to need to rest during and afterwards, please take the time to do so as the energy integrates within. Please drink lots of water after your session.
